How can I partner with SBAC?There are several ways to partner with Southern Black Arts Council. 1. Donate your time as a volunteer. You can sign up for our volunteer program. Out of state? No, problem there are virtual volunteer opportunities as well. 2. Make a monetary donation to SBAC. Currently, we are not accepting monetary donations. However, our donation center will be open and accepting your donations later this summer. 3. Host a program. SBAC hosts two programs that bring the fine arts to communities. One in which, we serve students through workshops and master classes. Another program in which we produce arts events. Contact our team to bring a program to your community!

Where does my money go when I donate to SBAC?50% of your donation goes to operations of the nonprofit and 50% of your donation goes to our programming efforts.

Who runs Southern Black Arts Council?SBAC is lead by a board of directors who collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to fulfill the mission and objectives of the organization.

What do your workshops and residencies cost?We work with each institution to figure the rates that best fit their budget. Our main goal is to get into more spaces and teach more of the arts to more people. Something like money and costs will not stand in the way of our mission.
